Release of Liability:

I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a condition of my participation in the referenced event organized by MY SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in sporting events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or even death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.
2. Waiver and Release: In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue MY SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in the event.
3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless MY SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of my participation in the event and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.
4. Medical Treatment: I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event. I agree to bear any costs associated with such treatment.
5. Personal Responsibility: I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being at all times during the event.
6. Photography/Media Release: I grant MY SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP permission to use my likeness in any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:

I have read this Release of Liability and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
